How to Raise a Concern
Call 5555555555 and ask for the person who handled your job, or anyone on the team.
It helps if you can tell us:
- Your name, address, and roughly when the visit or work happened
- What was supposed to happen and what actually happened
- Photos, if the problem is something you can see
- What outcome you are hoping for
Raising a concern will not affect your warranty or how we treat you.
What Happens Next
- We acknowledge your concern within two business days. A person, not an automated message, confirms what we understood and who is handling it.
- We look into it. That usually means reviewing the job notes and readings, talking with the technician, and coming back out to look at the system.
- We respond in writing within ten business days with what we found, what we will do, and when. If we need longer, we tell you why.
- We follow up after any corrective work to confirm the problem is actually fixed.
If You Are Still Not Satisfied
Ask for your concern to be escalated to Tyler Christensen, who will review it personally and respond to you.
You always keep your outside options, including the Utah Division of Consumer Protection and the Utah Division of Professional Licensing. Using this policy first is not required.
How we use complaints
We keep a record of each concern and how it was resolved, and we review those records so the same problem does not happen again.
